1) Can you walk me through the install?
1) Remove all flavours of
PPPoE.
2) Reboot.
3) Run the install.exe file.
4) Continue through the install as
prompted.
5) Reboot.
6) Select device (If this screen
is not on your monitor after boot, then double click the desktop EnterNet
icon).
7) Then click "OK".
8) Launch the EnterNet icon from
your System Tray.
9) Create your profile - Screen
Shot.
10) Click "Connect".
11) Select PPPoE adapter - Screen
Shot. (Choose Adapter #1 for your first profile.
12) Click "OK"
13. Surf away.
2. EnterNet DUN failed to
install, what should I do first?
Note: First uninstall EnterNet
DUN.
1. Go to "My Computer".
2. "Control Panel".
3. "Add Remove/Programs".
4. "Windows Setup".
5. Double Click on "Communications"
- Screen shot.
6. Make sure "Dial-Up Networking"
and "Virtual Private Networking" are NOT checked off.
7. Reboot.
8. Follow steps 1 through 5.
9. Check off "Dial-Up Networking"
and "Virtual Private Networking"
10. Reboot.
11. Reinstall EnterNet DUN
